Growing up in a small house in Zimbabwe, the idea of owning property — real, lasting, generational property — felt like another world entirely. But from an early age, Kupa carried one dream that never faded: to change the world. Not loudly. Not recklessly. Through people. Through relationships. Through communion.
God has a way of opening doors that logic cannot explain. Kupa found himself, time and again, in rooms he had no business being in — and chose, every single time, to show up fully. That pattern brought him to the United States, into real estate, and eventually to Northeast Florida, where he now lives in the Shearwater community in St. Johns County — the very market he serves.
Real estate became the vehicle. Not just for transactions, but for transformation. Every client Kupa works with — whether they are buying their first home, placing a tenant, or investing in a property that will build their family's future — is part of something larger. A network. A community. A ripple effect.
Today, Kupa specializes in St. Johns County buy and sell representation, rental placement across Northeast Florida, and new construction with Meritage Homes in Shearwater. His goal is singular: to become the most trusted and hardworking real estate professional in St. Johns County — and eventually, to list the most significant properties in the region.
